DHB, which purchased Longmont's Wi-Fi system last February from Kite Networks, is working to relaunch the city-wide wireless network.

DHB is installing 50 to 60 additional nodes throughout the city in order to overcome the 'dead spots' left by the incomplete wireless system initially installed by Kite Networks. Chris Harris, DHB President, said the company also plans:
- A new Internet "pipe" that will allow faster service.
- A new setup that will make it easier to sign up and pay for service
- 24-hour technical and billing service
- An alert system and local news notification system, created with the City of Longmont
